This is a list of all available ftp commands that can be used for file transfers using the file transfer protocol

verbose

Toggle verbose mode. In verbose mode, all responses from the FTP server are displayed to the user. In addition, if ver- bose is on, when a file transfer completes, statistics re- garding the efficiency of the transfer are reported. By de- fault, verbose is on.
